The choice is entirely yours.The Elk Baby products are crafted from 100% organic cotton and are free from harmful chemicals. Always refer to the care instructions attached to your garment before washing. Using environmentally-friendly detergents is ideal for maintaining the quality of your The Elk Baby garments. We suggest using a sensitive washing powder/liquid without harsh chemicals to prevent allergies and garment fading. For organic cotton items, machine-wash in cold or warm water and line or tumble dry on low heat. Avoid fabric softeners or bleach.

For Canadian orders, we primarily utilize Canada Post for shipping, though we may opt for alternative carriers to ensure the quickest delivery possible.
For shipments to the US, orders will be dispatched via USPS or FBA based on the most quickest delivery option available.
Exchange & Returns
Our 14-day return policy allows for item returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Contact us at customercare@the4sinc.com to initiate a return; upon approval, you'll receive instructions. Customers cover return shipping. For damaged or incorrect items, notify us promptly. Certain items, like Sale Items, Gift Cards and custom products, are non-returnable. Exchanges can be made by returning the item and purchasing a new.
