For Canadian orders, we primarily utilize Canada Post for shipping, though we may opt for alternative carriers to ensure the quickest delivery possible. For shipments to the US, orders will be dispatched via USPS or FBA based on the most quickest delivery option available.

Our team processes orders on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays) with a typical processing time of 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times range from 3 to 9 business days, contingent upon the selected service.

For those seeking expedited or priority shipping, such options are available at carrier rates, which can be selected during checkout.

For international orders exceeding $150, we extend the courtesy of free shipping, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 2-3 weeks. International delivery times may vary, typically ranging around 20+ business days, contingent upon the chosen service.

Returns

We understand that sometimes things don't quite work out as expected, which is why we're here to make the return process as seamless as possible for you.

Our 14-day return policy allows for item returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Contact us at customercare@the4sinc.com to initiate a return; upon approval, you'll receive instructions. Customers cover return shipping. For damaged or incorrect items, notify us promptly. Certain items, like Sale Items, Gift Cards and custom products, are non-returnable. Exchanges can be made by returning the item and purchasing a new.
